為加快工作落實,推進優質校建設,5月9日,我院召開優質校項目建設推進專題會議。院長秦河主持會議并講話,學院領導,優質校各項目組負責人,財務處、資產管理處、總務處、學生處、監察審計處、繼續教育與社會服務處、圖書館負責人,各系(部)主任參加會議。

副院長(chang)郭(guo)鵬匯(hui)報了(le)(le)優質(zhi)校項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)整體(ti)(ti)推(tui)進(jin)(jin)情況,各項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)組負責人匯(hui)報了(le)(le)9個(ge)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)推(tui)進(jin)(jin)情況,資產管理處(chu)(chu)、財務(wu)處(chu)(chu)匯(hui)報了(le)(le)資產采(cai)購、資金支(zhi)出(chu)(chu)(chu)進(jin)(jin)展(zhan)情況。會議指出(chu)(chu)(chu),自優質(zhi)校立項(xiang)(xiang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)特別(bie)是今年以(yi)來,學院把優質(zhi)校建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)作為工(gong)作主線,加強(qiang)頂層設(she)(she)計、統籌(chou)整體(ti)(ti)推(tui)進(jin)(jin),強(qiang)化工(gong)作落(luo)實(shi),各個(ge)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)按照進(jin)(jin)度全面展(zhan)開,部分建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)任(ren)(ren)務(wu)提(ti)前完成(cheng)預期目(mu)(mu)標(biao),整個(ge)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)工(gong)作取得(de)了(le)(le)重要階段(duan)性成(cheng)績。當(dang)前,優質(zhi)校建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)時間緊(jin)、任(ren)(ren)務(wu)重、要求高(gao),建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)過程中仍存在整體(ti)(ti)推(tui)進(jin)(jin)較(jiao)為緩慢,重點(dian)指標(biao)成(cheng)績不夠(gou)突出(chu)(chu)(chu),個(ge)別(bie)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)遇(yu)到瓶頸(jing),資產招標(biao)、資金支(zhi)出(chu)(chu)(chu)滯后等問(wen)題(ti),必須引起(qi)高(gao)度重視,采(cai)取更(geng)加有力的措施認真加以(yi)解(jie)決(jue)。
院長秦河(he)對(dui)做好下一步優(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)了安排部(bu)(bu)署。秦河(he)強(qiang)調(diao)(diao),一是(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)牢固樹立質(zhi)量意識(shi),把保證質(zhi)量貫徹優(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)的始(shi)終,切實(shi)把建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)目(mu)標(biao)(biao)落腳(jiao)到創(chuang)新辦(ban)學體(ti)制機制、增強(qiang)社會服務能力(li)、提(ti)高人才培養質(zhi)量、提(ti)升(sheng)學院綜合實(shi)力(li)上來,工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)要(yao)(yao)(yao)做實(shi)做細,成(cheng)效(xiao)要(yao)(yao)(yao)務實(shi)可見,堅決杜絕搞“花架子”“空(kong)殼(ke)子”。二是(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)加快(kuai)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)整體(ti)推進(jin)(jin),強(qiang)化(hua)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)觀念和(he)效(xiao)率意識(shi),要(yao)(yao)(yao)進(jin)(jin)一步加強(qiang)對(dui)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)的統籌協調(diao)(diao)、調(diao)(diao)度落實(shi),建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)任(ren)務建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)立臺賬、進(jin)(jin)榜上墻。要(yao)(yao)(yao)正確處理項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)和(he)常規工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的關系(xi),必要(yao)(yao)(yao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)加班加點(dian)推進(jin)(jin)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)進(jin)(jin)度。資產采購(gou)、資金支出(chu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)打好工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)提(ti)前量,確保按時(shi)(shi)(shi)保質(zhi)完成(cheng)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)任(ren)務。三是(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)突(tu)出(chu)重(zhong)點(dian)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)指標(biao)(biao),要(yao)(yao)(yao)抓(zhua)住優(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)評估體(ti)系(xi)中權重(zhong)大的部(bu)(bu)分,在國家級(ji)、省級(ji)標(biao)(biao)志性成(cheng)果方面(mian)實(shi)現突(tu)破。要(yao)(yao)(yao)把核心期(qi)刊論文數量等具有橫向可比性的量化(hua)指標(biao)(biao)作(zuo)(zuo)為建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)重(zhong)點(dian),健全激勵機制,強(qiang)化(hua)重(zhong)點(dian)補短,推動建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)期(qi)內多出(chu)成(cheng)果、快(kuai)出(chu)成(cheng)果,提(ti)升(sheng)學院競爭力(li)。四(si)是(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)抓(zhua)好難點(dian)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)落實(shi),要(yao)(yao)(yao)進(jin)(jin)一步創(chuang)新工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)思路,對(dui)于難度比較(jiao)大的工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu),要(yao)(yao)(yao)樹立目(mu)標(biao)(biao)意識(shi),全力(li)以(yi)赴攻堅克難,必要(yao)(yao)(yao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)尋找(zhao)替代方案,確保工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)目(mu)標(biao)(biao)完成(cheng)。對(dui)于確實(shi)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)作(zuo)(zuo)出(chu)調(diao)(diao)整的項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu),必須(xu)充分進(jin)(jin)行(xing)論證,提(ti)交黨委會研究決定(ding)。
秦(qin)河要求(qiu),各(ge)單位(wei)、各(ge)部門(men)要牢固(gu)樹立一(yi)盤(pan)棋思想,服(fu)從、服(fu)務(wu)于優(you)(you)(you)質(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)建設的(de)大(da)(da)局(ju),單位(wei)(部門(men))負責人要將優(you)(you)(you)質(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)建設的(de)緊迫意識(shi)傳(chuan)導給廣大(da)(da)教職(zhi)工(gong),消除畏難和抵觸情(qing)緒(xu),把思想統(tong)一(yi)到完成優(you)(you)(you)質(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)建設目標、促進學(xue)校(xiao)發展上來;創優(you)(you)(you)辦要進一(yi)步加強工(gong)作統(tong)籌,整(zheng)體把控任(ren)務(wu)完成進度和質(zhi)(zhi)量;各(ge)項目組要加強與創優(you)(you)(you)辦的(de)溝通協調,推動各(ge)項具體工(gong)作往前推進;廣大(da)(da)教職(zhi)要繼(ji)續保(bao)持(chi)緊張(zhang)、有序的(de)工(gong)作作風,進一(yi)步樹立大(da)(da)局(ju)意識(shi),立足本職(zhi)工(gong)作、弘(hong)揚(yang)奉獻精神(shen)、狠(hen)抓(zhua)工(gong)作落實,為(wei)優(you)(you)(you)質(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)建設添磚加瓦。
