為進(jin)一步加(jia)強工作統籌,推(tui)動(dong)工作落實,7月11日,學院(yuan)召開優(you)質校(xiao)(xiao)建設推(tui)進(jin)會(hui)暨2018年上半年工作總(zong)結會(hui),黨委書記王榮(rong)昌主持(chi)會(hui)議,學院(yuan)領導、優(you)質校(xiao)(xiao)各項目組有關同志(zhi),學生(sheng)處(chu)(chu)、招(zhao)生(sheng)就業處(chu)(chu)、財務(wu)處(chu)(chu)、資(zi)產管(guan)理處(chu)(chu)、總(zong)務(wu)處(chu)(chu)、安全保衛處(chu)(chu)有關同志(zhi)參加(jia)會(hui)議。
會議聽取了優質校項目(mu)整體建(jian)設情(qing)況,9個(ge)項目(mu)組建(jian)設情(qing)況,資產采購(gou)、資金支(zhi)出進(jin)展情(qing)況及(ji)有關職能部(bu)門上(shang)半年(nian)工(gong)作落實情(qing)況的匯報,分析了當前優質校建(jian)設及(ji)學(xue)生管理、安全穩定等工(gong)作存在的問題和(he)不足,對(dui)做好下一步工(gong)作進(jin)行(xing)了安排部(bu)署。
會(hui)議認為(wei),今年(nian)以來(lai)特(te)別(bie)是上次優質(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)項目建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)專題會(hui)議以來(lai),各項目組(zu)按(an)照(zhao)進度安排和會(hui)議要求群策群力、加(jia)班加(jia)點開展(zhan)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)工作,有(you)些任務目標已經超計劃完(wan)成(cheng),有(you)些完(wan)成(cheng)難(nan)度較(jiao)大(da)的工作項目已經找到了(le)替代方案,整個建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)工作取(qu)得了(le)較(jiao)為(wei)顯著的成(cheng)績。但目前優質(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)項目建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)進度不均衡,有(you)些項目進展(zhan)較(jiao)為(wei)緩慢,資產招投(tou)標、資金支出滯后(hou),有(you)些任務建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)現狀距離目標差距較(jiao)大(da),個別(bie)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)項目的瓶頸問題仍(reng)未解(jie)決。相對(dui)于建(jian)成(cheng)國(guo)內領先、國(guo)際先進的優質(zhi)(zhi)高職院校(xiao)的目標而言,我校(xiao)的建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)壓(ya)力仍(reng)較(jiao)大(da)、困難(nan)仍(reng)較(jiao)多(duo),必須依(yi)靠創(chuang)新(xin)開拓新(xin)思(si)路,依(yi)靠苦干實干干出新(xin)成(cheng)效。
會(hui)議要(yao)求,一(yi)(yi)(yi)是(shi)優勢(shi)(shi)力(li)量(liang)聚焦優質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao),把(ba)優質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)作為學院工(gong)(gong)作的(de)(de)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)中(zhong)之(zhi)(zhi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。各(ge)單(dan)位(wei)(部門(men))要(yao)服從、服務(wu)于(yu)優質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)的(de)(de)大局,把(ba)精力(li)向優質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)集中(zhong),統一(yi)(yi)(yi)思想(xiang)(xiang)、統一(yi)(yi)(yi)步(bu)調、統一(yi)(yi)(yi)行(xing)動,全(quan)力(li)以赴做好這項工(gong)(gong)作。年終考核中(zhong)加大優質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)工(gong)(gong)作的(de)(de)比重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),強化正向激勵,努力(li)形成(cheng)干事(shi)創業的(de)(de)良好氛圍。二是(shi)瞄(miao)準重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點指(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)(biao)(biao),在(zai)提升建(jian)(jian)設(she)成(cheng)效上下功夫。把(ba)建(jian)(jian)設(she)國家(jia)級、省級標(biao)(biao)(biao)志性成(cheng)果和(he)技術服務(wu)到款額(e)、科技成(cheng)果轉化等具有(you)橫(heng)向可比性的(de)(de)量(liang)化指(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)(biao)(biao)作為建(jian)(jian)設(she)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點,進(jin)(jin)一(yi)(yi)(yi)步(bu)解放思想(xiang)(xiang),針(zhen)對重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點指(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)(biao)(biao)和(he)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)難(nan)點問(wen)題(ti)切實(shi)拿出真招(zhao)、實(shi)招(zhao)、硬招(zhao),破解建(jian)(jian)設(she)難(nan)題(ti),提升建(jian)(jian)設(she)成(cheng)效。三是(shi)把(ba)握暑假(jia)關鍵節點,推動建(jian)(jian)設(she)成(cheng)果再上新臺階。各(ge)項目組要(yao)利用暑期時(shi)間充足(zu)的(de)(de)優勢(shi)(shi),集眾人之(zhi)(zhi)力(li)、匯眾人之(zhi)(zhi)智,集中(zhong)攻關解決(jue)難(nan)題(ti)。各(ge)單(dan)位(wei)(部門(men))要(yao)樹立(li)一(yi)(yi)(yi)盤棋(qi)的(de)(de)思想(xiang)(xiang),通力(li)配合、全(quan)力(li)支持(chi)優質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)各(ge)項工(gong)(gong)作,對建(jian)(jian)設(she)中(zhong)遇到的(de)(de)問(wen)題(ti),要(yao)主動協(xie)助解決(jue),推動建(jian)(jian)設(she)項目順利進(jin)(jin)行(xing)。
會(hui)議認為,今(jin)年以來各(ge)有(you)關(guan)職能處(chu)室按(an)照年初工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)要(yao)點,做了(le)大量卓有(you)成(cheng)效的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),為優質校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)設提(ti)(ti)供了(le)有(you)力(li)保(bao)障,但(dan)仍存(cun)在一些薄弱環(huan)節,需(xu)進一步加(jia)強。會(hui)議要(yao)求,一是做實做細學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)管(guan)理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。根據學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)特點強化(hua)分(fen)類管(guan)理(li)(li),加(jia)強學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)紀(ji)律(lv)(lv)意識,提(ti)(ti)高學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)遵守紀(ji)律(lv)(lv)法制(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)自覺性(xing)。抓好(hao)養成(cheng)教育,培(pei)養學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)良好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)衛生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)習慣(guan)、節能環(huan)保(bao)習慣(guan)等(deng)。二(er)是抓牢抓好(hao)安(an)全(quan)(quan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。加(jia)強師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)安(an)全(quan)(quan)教育,排除安(an)全(quan)(quan)隱患,提(ti)(ti)高師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)處(chu)理(li)(li)突(tu)發事(shi)件的(de)(de)(de)(de)能力(li),打(da)造(zao)平(ping)安(an)校(xiao)(xiao)園,為優質校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)設營造(zao)安(an)全(quan)(quan)穩定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)校(xiao)(xiao)園環(huan)境。把留學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)安(an)全(quan)(quan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)納入(ru)學(xue)院安(an)全(quan)(quan)管(guan)理(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)內容,配備充足人員、強化(hua)日常管(guan)理(li)(li),確(que)保(bao)學(xue)習活動順(shun)利(li)完成(cheng)。三(san)是安(an)排部(bu)(bu)署好(hao)假期(qi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。暑期(qi)優質校(xiao)(xiao)項(xiang)目建(jian)設、綜合改革(ge)、校(xiao)(xiao)園基礎(chu)設施整修等(deng)任務繁重(zhong),外出培(pei)訓的(de)(de)(de)(de)領導(dao)干部(bu)(bu)也比較(jiao)多,假前各(ge)單位(部(bu)(bu)門(men)(men))負責人要(yao)提(ti)(ti)前安(an)排部(bu)(bu)署好(hao)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),確(que)保(bao)各(ge)項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)順(shun)利(li)進行。各(ge)部(bu)(bu)門(men)(men)之間也要(yao)加(jia)強協(xie)調(diao)溝通(tong),打(da)好(hao)配合戰,為暑期(qi)各(ge)項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)順(shun)利(li)開展提(ti)(ti)供便利(li)服(fu)務。
